Rachael is an associate in the professional indemnity team at Brodies, with experience in defending negligence claims and regulatory complaints. She acts for major UK and international insurers representing legal and construction professionals.

Rachael is also a member of Beehive, Brodies' internal innovation and solutions-focused working group. She leads on innovation in the firm's professional risk team, contributing to and delivering internal and client-facing training and presentations on the use of legal technology.

Rachael received the Law Society of Scotland Certificate in Legal Technology in 2024, training with Ally Thomson of Hey Legal.
