Rob McIntosh

Rob Mcintosh, is a principal solicitor at Aberdeenshire Council, where his experience and knowledge of development work has seen him advise on many of the planning and property aspects of the Council's infrastructure, regeneration and housing projects. The Conveyancing and Developer Obligations teams he leads have won several national awards for their work in these areas, and he contributes to national groups and forums on planning and property law as well as presenting at conferences on compulsory purchase, the delivery of infrastructure and affordable housing.
