Ross Kilshaw is the Managing Partner of Cullen Kilshaw LLP, a multi-office high street law firm serving communities across the South of Scotland. With a focus on practical innovation, Ross has led the firm’s early adoption of technology tools such as cloud based case management, digital dictation, virtual consultation rooms, and more recently AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, exploring how technology can enhance client service and operational efficiency in a traditional legal setting.  At the 2026 Annual Legal Tech Conference, Ross joins the “How to Drive Tech Adoption in Resistant Cultures” panel to share the journey of a smaller high street firm embracing digital transformation—highlighting both the opportunities and challenges of integrating technology into everyday legal work.
