Rupa Mooker
Rupa is an employment law solicitor with over 20 years’ experience and a strong advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion within the legal profession. She uses her professional and lived experiences to advise and help businesses implement necessary policies, training and strategies on employment law, people, culture, inclusion and belonging.
She is a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Equality and Diversity Committee, the Scottish Ethnic Minorities Lawyer’s Association (SEMLA) Committee and the Scotland National Advisory committee for Action for Children. Rupa is also a BBC Scotland contributor, an award winning radio presenter (Best Female Presenter at the UK Community Radio Awards 2022), an events host and volunteers at her local Gurdwara, advising young people on employability and career matters.
