Scott Brymer

Business Development Director
Millar & Bryce

Scott is Business Development Director at Millar & Bryce. After training at Anderson Strathern, he began his career as a commercial solicitor in Edinburgh with Brymer Legal, where he spent ten years advising clients across the country.

In 2018, Scott moved to Melbourne, Australia to join ASX‑listed property technology company PEXA. He spent two years building and managing key stakeholder relationships and contributing to product development and enhancements. He returned to the UK in 2020, to help lay the foundations for PEXA’s establishment as a UK entity.

Continuing within the property technology sector, Scott joined London‑based startup Coadjute in 2023. Coadjute focused on blockchain‑backed infrastructure for the property industry, and Scott managed multiple teams and projects, including the front‑end build of the company’s V3 software. He also worked on a range of external local and international initiatives with partners such as the Bank of England and national estate agency chains.

Coming back to Scotland, Scott joined Millar & Bryce in May 2025 as Business Development Director. In this role, he works closely with commercial law firms across Scotland and leads on relationship development. He has also implemented new training and CPD initiatives for law firms, as well as guest lecturing on property searches to Diploma students at several Scottish universities.
