Siobhan Kahmann

Convener of the International Committee

Siobhan Kahmann is an experienced competition, trade, and regulatory lawyer based in Brussels and serves as Convener of the Law Society of Scotland’s International Committee and is a past member of the Society’s governing Council. She has practised EU and UK competition law for over fifteen years, advising on antitrust, trade policy, regulatory frameworks, and EU legislative processes. Siobhan is dual‑qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and England & Wales and is an advocaat with the Brussels Bar. She brings extensive international experience, including prior practice in Asia.
