Sophie Campbell

Sophie Campbell is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, specialising in Commercial Litigation. Sophie is qualified in Scotland and has experience of working on a wide range of commercial disputes in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Courts. Since joining CMS in 2022, Sophie has advised on a variety of matters including commercial contract disputes, procurement litigation, insolvency disputes, pension disputes and cyber breach cases.  

Sophie has also been elected as a Non-Executive Committee Member of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association in the years 2022/23 and 2023/24. She is also a member of the LawScot Foundation Fundraising Committee.
