Tessa Bartley

Tessa is responsible for enhancing our client experience through the use of legal technology and process review. She is an Agile product manager and PRINCE2 project manager with more than 10 years’ experience driving knowledge management and innovation strategies within the legal industry.

Tessa has rolled out solutions including AI assisted document review, collaborative smart forms and workflows for data collection and automation of document drafting.

Tessa leads a team of legal technologists tasked with reviewing and enhancing service delivery within our legal and business support teams to enable continuous improvement to the client journey including time and cost savings, added value and reduced risk.

Tessa has more than 15 years’ experience working in the legal industry with 10 years as a systems and processes specialist. Before moving to legal, she managed teams and projects in the hotel and publishing industries. Tessa currently serves as Chair (Non-Executive Director and Trustee) of the London Philharmonic Choir managing a team of volunteers and delivering 15-20 professional choral performances each year at concert halls around the UK.
