Tony Bough, Head of Health Safety and Wellbeing at RSA who has is a chartered fellow of IOSH and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Tony has over 20 years experience in multiple industries and is also the former vice Chair of the Board of IOSH who are of course the worlds leading health and safety professional body.
