Yvonne Allan

Yvonne is a senior associate in Dentons' Glasgow office. Her particular expertise lies in development and infrastructure work, including the negotiation and documentation of the various contracts and land transfers required to assemble development sites. She has a working knowledge of Scottish compulsory purchase rules, and has acquired land on behalf of a client for a major development via compulsory purchase.

Yvonne is particularly interested in developing new methods of presenting advice and information to clients, and in helping to connect clients to recent legal developments in order to assist them in their day-to-day business.
