Pensions Scheme Bill

The Pensions Schemes Bill is a Government Bill which was introduced in the House of Commons on 5 June 2025. It aims to consolidate the pensions market and focus on value for money provisions thus improving pensions outcomes for savers in the UK and Scotland. The reforms also aim to improve transparency about costs and returns to pensions savers by improving the information that is made available to them regarding their pension’s pots.
