Join Kara Connect and our expert panel for an interactive discussion about how firms can best respond to critical incidents. When responding to emergencies which impact staff, it's important to have resources available for colleagues and a supportive response planned out in advance. This session will look at best practice and how organisations can put colleague wellbeing at the centre of their action plans.

Who can attend?

This session is open to anyone. The discussion will have a focus on wellbeing, and the content may be especially relevant to HR professionals, senior leadership at firms, and those who are involved in wellbeing initiatives.

What will the session cover?

Some of the key themes that will be explored are:

  • What are the major risks that you might have to support your staff through at a law firm?
  • How do you anticipate them and put in any preventative measures?
  • What does a good supportive response look like?
  • Why is the ‘right’ response so important?
