International Women's Day 2018
To celebrate International Women’s Day, we are proud to recognise the important role female solicitors have played in Scotland and further afield.
From the first ever female solicitor in the UK to the first female lord advocate, we’ve compiled a short, but by no means exhaustive list, of the women who’ve blazed the trail in the legal profession in Scotland and have been tweeting them all day. We've also announced Lady Hale, the UK Supreme Court’s first female president, as the first keynote speaker for our 2018 annual conference!
