BTO makes construction disputes partner hire

BTO Solicitors has announced the appointment of new partner Fraser Hopkins to its construction team.

A specialist in risk and construction disputes with experience in working on high profile building and infrastructure projects across the UK for a mix of contractors, developers and construction professionals, Mr Hopkins joins from Pinsent Masons where he was a senior associate.

He will co-lead the commercial side of BTO’s contentious construction caseload alongside partner Jilly Petrie. He is the fifth new partner to be recruited by BTO in 2019, in addition to two internal partner promotions.
