Digital applications for the Register of Sasines could become publicly available next week, Registers of Scotland announced today.
Private beta testing of its digital solution with customers is in its final stages, and Registers can now accept dual registrations to the live test environment. This means customers can submit transactions containing both Land and Sasine Register applications.
It expects to launch the public beta service to all customers next week.
Registers added that in preparation for the launch, it is working through sasine applications received before the COVID-19 lockdown. Registered sasine deeds will start to appear on ScotLIS as they are processed.
Customers should contact Registers if they have an urgent need to register a sasine application or receive their original deeds back.
