The former head of one of the stables at the Faculty of Advocates is bringing a claim for unfair dismissal against the Faculty, the Herald reports today.
Susan Hastie, a clerk for more than 25 years and the name behind the former Hastie Stable, has brought the claim against Faculty Services Ltd, the company that provides administrative services to advocates.
Hastie Stable rebranded in January this year as Themis Advocates. Ms Hastie is believed to have left her role some months earlier.
No date has yet been set for the case to come to a full hearing.
