MacPhee & Partners promotes Billie Smith to partner

23rd May 2022 | careers

Legal firm MacPhee & Partners has announced the promotion of Billie Smith to partner.

Ms Smith joined the Oban and Fort William practice as a trainee solicitor and "has gone from strength to strength" since qualifying in 2017.

She specialises in the fields of family law and private client (which includes wills, powers of attorney and executries), and was named “Rising Star of the Year” at the 2021 Scottish Legal Awards.

Managing partner Christine Mackay commented: "All of us at MacPhee & Partners are delighted to announce Billie’s promotion and to welcome her to our management team. She has been a real asset to us since commencing her traineeship a number of years ago and her commitment to her clients and the firm has been exceptional. This is a very well deserved promotion."
