Rachel Dunn becomes partner at gunnercooke
Law firm gunnercooke has added to its presence in Glasgow with the hire of real estate partner Rachel Dunn.
Ms Dunn, who has more than eight years’ experience in both Scottish and English law, joins the fee sharing firm from Dentons where she represented clients in investment, development, retail, industrial, office, residential, operational and mixed use sectors. She is a former Central Scotland chair of the lobbying and networking organisation Women in Property.
With a total of 300 other partners and 62 commercial property lawyers across the UK and Germany, gunnercooke now has four real estate lawyers and a 50-client roster across its Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
Partner Simon Etchells commented: "I am delighted to welcome Rachel to gunnercooke. Rachel is one of the youngest partners at the firm and an example of some of the fantastic talent attracted to our model. I am incredibly passionate about diversity in our recruitment drive and have found gunnercooke’s model perfect for ensuring there are equal opportunities for partners from all backgrounds, genders, ages and ethnicities. Scotland has a brilliant pool of talent, and we look forward to welcoming more ambitious partners and associates this year."
