Shepherd & Wedderburn hires private client consultant

Aberdeen-based private client specialist George Stevenson has joined Shepherd & Wedderburn as a consultant.

Previously a partner and consultant at Stronachs, Mr Stevenson brings more than 40 years’ expertise of personal legal and tax matters. He specialises in all aspects of estate and inheritance tax planning, including wills, trusts, guardianships, executries and powers of attorney.

Based in Shepherd & Wedderburn’s Aberdeen office, with a north of Scotland remit, George joins a team that in recent months has recruited Gillian Campbell as a partner and head of Private Client in Aberdeen, and solicitor Kirsten McKinnon.
