Glasgow legal firm Jones Whyte has announced the promotion of three of its solicitors.
Amerdeep Dhami in the Family Law department and Nicola Waters in Personal Injury advance to associate, while Matthew McCabe, who heads the Industrial Deafness department within Personal Injury, becomes a senior solicitor.
Michael McLean, partner (Litigation) commented: "We are very happy to be able to announce these promotions today. It is hugely rewarding and incredibly important to see our team continuing to develop and progress. As a young firm, we place great emphasis on continued training and development, equipping us to succeed and win for our clients.
"Nicola and Matthew are fantastic examples of this ethos in action. Both undertook their traineeships within Jones Whyte and have been able to capitalise on the significant development opportunities available to our young lawyers and have quickly developed into integral team members.
"Since joining in 2017, Amerdeep has worked hard to establish herself as a key member of our Family Law department. Her approach to clients is a good example of how a family lawyer can be both empathetic with clients, yet professional and commercially aware. She has played an enormous role in the development of the family law department and contributed significantly to its busiest year yet."
