Two promoted to partner at MBM Commercial

MBM Commercial has promoted Edinburgh-based litigator Iain McDougall and London-based corporate lawyer Caroline Urban to partners in the firm.

Mr McDougall, who joined MBM Commercial in 2008, has extensive experience in commercial litigation, specialising in intellectual property and commercial contracts, commercial and financial disputes, and professional negligence.

Ms Urban, who joined the London office in 2019, has broad corporate experience advising on buy and sell-side of M&A transactions, investments on company and investor side and capital markets transactions. She is a committee member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany and head of MBM’s German Desk, as well as a board member of World Tech Legal, an international association of entrepreneurial law firms with specific expertise in the technology sector.
