Law Society of Scotland

Olivia has been a member of our Careers & Outreach team since joining the Law Society in 2016, and leads on the Law Society's work in relation to wellbeing and careers support. Olivia oversees the strategy and delivery of Lawscot Wellbeing, engaging with employers and members to take a proactive attitude to supporting mental health to ensure the legal profession remains a healthy and sustainable place for people to work. She also focuses on careers support, particularly aimed at our new lawyer population made up of students, trainees and newly-qualified solicitors. This involves delivering events and presentations, providing one-to-one advice and engaging with employers and stakeholders to offer up-to-date information and promote best-practice in recruitment.
