Commercial contract law is continuously evolving, often making it challenging to stay up to date on all changes and developments. Join our conference where our expert speakers will bring you up to speed with all recent developments from the past year and equip you with the necessary skills to provide the best service for your clients.

On day one we will focus on legal updates and litigation, ensuring you have a current knowledge of the legal changes in this field. Day two will be specifically dedicated to drafting issues and will provide you with an understanding of both common pitfalls and best practice, while also analysing the increasing role of technology and ESG in this field. Ample time will be provided for discussions and questions with speakers and attendees alike.

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain current knowledge of changes to commercial contract law through case law and legislation
  • Deep dive into litigation and alternative dispute resolution to ensure that you can select and execute the best options for your clients
  • Receive information on the common pitfalls and best practices of drafting, including special focuses on playbooks and intellectual property
