Our expert speakers will break down the complexities of this ever-evolving area and provide you with a comprehensive overview of how Scotland is approaching domestic abuse in 2025.  We will discuss  the Discussion Paper on Civil Remedies for Domestic Abuse, the Criminal Justice Modernisation and Abusive Domestic Behaviour Reviews (Scotland) Bill, intersectional experiences and the importance of language and action.'
