Join the Law Society of Scotland for a new series of regional events designed to support solicitors working in smaller practices across Scotland’s local legal communities. Attend a session near you in Dumfries (2 March 2026), Perth (19 March 2026), Aberdeen (14 May 2026), or Inverness (15 May 2026). Each event features updates on key regulatory areas including AML, accounts rules, and financial compliance, alongside sessions on legal innovation, such as exploring how legal technology can improve efficiency and support best practice.

The morning concludes with a facilitated roundtable and lunch, where attendees will connect with peers to discuss what matters locally. Through guided discussion, delegates will identify key takeaways from the day, explore opportunities and challenges facing smaller practices in their area, and share ideas on how the Law Society of Scotland can continue to support this important part of the Scottish legal sector. Whether you are looking to stay informed, manage risk, embrace innovation or strengthen local connections, these events offer a valuable opportunity to learn, engage and grow.
