In the second instalment of our series we will be deep diving into interdict actions.

Our expert speaker will explore all aspects of interdict actions, including what they are, how varying situations call for different types of interdicts, and how to apply for one. They will provide an overview of the legal tests and criteria that must be met to be awarded an interdict, as well as the enforcement procedures and remedies available if one were to be breached. Most importantly industry tips and common pitfalls will be analysed to provide you with a solid foundation on interdict actions.

 Learning outcomes:

  • Learn the basics of interdict actions, including what it is, the varying types, and how to apply for one

  • Analyse the legal tests and criteria to be awarded an interdict, and consider the common pitfalls that often lead to one not being granted
