Our expert speaker will provide an in depth analysis of the court structure in Scotland, proper etiquette and the different types of hearings that occur will all take place. This will be partnered with consideration of more intricate proceedings such as case management and costs, diligence on the dependence and caution for expenses.  Ultimately this webinar will build on the previous webinars to provide industry insights and tips to help build your knowledge and confidence for litigation.
