Giving and receiving feedback can be hard. Being constructive without knocking confidence and honest without creating tension isn’t always straightforward. Equally, receiving feedback can be just as uncomfortable.

Most firms have feedback systems in place, but recognise they need something that goes beyond prescribed checklists. They seek a more organic, human approach where people actively seek out feedback that adds value to their practice and the firm as a whole.

This workshop helps your people overcome the barriers to giving and receiving feedback well, and build the kind of feedback-driven culture that fuels continuous improvement and growth.

Learning outcomes:

  • To encourage people to embrace and welcome feedback

  • To enable people to overcome the barriers to 'feedback as fuel'

  • To support the creation of a culture of 'feedback as fuel' that adds value to the firm

The session draws on the Ceannas approach to leadership, developed over many years of research and real-world work with organisation.
