A follow up webinar to our ‘Introduction to Trust Law’ session in January, ‘Intermediate Trust Law’ promises to build on the learning and skills developed previously.

Over the course of one morning our expert speakers will delve into the more complicated areas of Trust Law, necessary for professionals in this field. Beginning with an analysis of the legal complexities when varying trusts, we will also delve into trust accountancy, what and how to information to beneficiaries and finish with a consideration of how to handle and avoid litigation.

With time to ask practice specific questions, and discuss with colleagues, this webinar will provide you with the essential skills necessary to handle complex cases of trust law. This webinar is intended for seasoned practitioners as well as the newly qualified who attended our ‘Introduction to Trust Law’ webinar in January, which can still be accessed via our On Demand library.
