Mediation as an alternative means of dispute can often provide much more effective results for you and your clients, as opposed to going through litigation. Consequently, more and more lawyers are expected to have proficient mediation skills and be able to provide a service as an effective mediation adviser and advocate for their clients.

In order to offer these services, you need to be able to understand why and how it works, as well as where and when it can be used. This seminar will do all of this!

Our speakers Fiona Cameron, Partner for and on behalf of Gillespie Macandrew LLP and Jane Fender-Allison, Of Counsel, CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, will offer expert insight into:

  • Mediation as a means of dispute resolution
  • Key principles and practice of mediation
  • Essential mediation advocacy skills

Whether you are new to mediation, wish to refresh your understanding or are looking for an opportunity to enhance your effectiveness as a mediation advocate, we have something for everyone. To allow sufficient opportunity for participants to interact on the day, spaces will be limited on this seminar. To avoid disappointment, book your space now!
