The new Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2025 is bringing about a plethora of reforms to agricultural law. This webinar will highlight the coming changes and what they will mean for practitioners, with particular reference to leasing, tenancies and compensation on agricultural land.

Special consideration of provisions such as retrospective changes and resumption notices will be analysed so you will be equipped to advise landlords and tenants on their current leases and changes that will be needed with the new legislation. Time will be allocated for questions and discussion with the speaker.

Learning outcomes:

  • Discover the new changes being brought about by the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2025
  • Analyse how the new provisions will impact leasing, tenancies and compensation for both the landlords and tenants
  • Learn when implementation for different provisions is likely so you can provide up to date guidance to your clients
