The Warmth and Edge Workshop helps leaders and teams strike the right balance between two essential qualities:

-       “Warmth” – caring for, involving and nurturing your people, and;

-       “Edge” – creating, driving and sustaining high performance

Too much warmth can lead to complacency and loss of focus. Too much edge can create fear and stifle innovation.

This workshop is designed to help leaders master this balance, so you create teams that are supported, motivated, and ready to deliver exceptional results.

Learning outcomes:

  • To develop a deeper understanding of ‘warmth’ and ‘edge’ and the critical role they play in leadership success
  • To enable each leader to appreciate their current default behaviours between ‘warmth’ and ‘edge’
  • To build confidence in how to apply ‘warmth’ and ‘edge’ to the maximum benefits of your organisation
