Digital assets, including cryptocurrency, continue to grow in popularity year-on-year. The latest figures from the Financial Conduct Authority suggest that 12% of adults in the United Kingdom now own cryptocurrency.
This is a multidisciplinary webinar which looks at the position of digital assets in Scots property law and offers best practice advice for practitioners who might encounter digital assets, including those working in family and private client law.
