There has been a raft of legislative changes to the duties and responsibilities of social landlords throughout 2026. This includes new powers to protect victims of domestic abuse coming into effect in August, and regulations protecting tenants from damp and mould coming into effect in October.

This webinar looks at the new regulations in detail, laying out the statutory position of the tenant and the landlord in social housing. Join us to learn more about the reasons for these changes and to ensure you can confidently navigate the new regulatory landscape.

Learning outcomes:

  • Gain a full understanding of the new statutory position of landlords and tenants in social housing

  • Make sure that you and your clients are prepared for the incoming legislative changes
