What does the property buyer of the future look like? What do they want from their whole property-buying experience, including their interactions with the conveyancing process? What does this mean for conveyancers in terms of communication, customer service, technology, and sustainability? How does the profession need to shape what it offers to meet their requirements - and ensure it is not offering an outdated service that might drive customers away?

Will Ullstein, Chief Executive of the UK's leading polling organisation, YouGov, has access to masses of anonymised data that offers vital insights into what Gen Z and Gen Alpha expect from any business interaction. He will use this data to paint a picture of what the property buyer of the future wants, and needs.

He will be joined by a leading conveyancer to discuss how the profession should react - and ensure it is not left behind.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand much more about what the property buyer of the future wants, and needs, from conveyancers

  • Recognise how your technology platforms, communication style, service quality, and approach to sustainability, could build stronger customer bonds
