This online workshop addresses some of the challenges facing the legal sector when writing and responding to letters, reports, and e-mails.

By employing some of the principles discussed on this workshop, participants will learn how to shorten their writing, communicate effectively, and reduce time for all parties involved.

The main topics/objectives of the training are:

  • How to communicate complex legal information in Plain English
  • How to ensure all points raised by the client are answered fully
  • How to convey the right message, being helpful and courteous
  • The importance of grammar, punctuation, sentence length and paragraphs
  • A short overview of Equalities issues when communicating in writing

Spaces on this course are limited to 12 to provide greater opportunities for interaction with the course trainer.
