How can AI be used, in practical and effective ways, at all stages of the conveyancing process? How can the property sector derive the business benefits it can bring, while avoiding the potential pitfalls?

Scott Brymer, Business Development Director at Millar & Bryce, has contributed a chapter to the 5th edition of the Scottish Conveyancing Handbook on this subject. He will take delegates through a range of areas, including property characteristics, legal rights, compliance checking, client communication, and document review, and look at where AI is having - and could have - a real impact.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand how AI is impacting different aspects of the conveyancing process

  • Recognise where AI can deliver efficiencies and business benefits

  • Spot the potential pitfalls and manage the risks associated with AI
