CAMPBELL SMITH LLP, Edinburgh, and LINTS PARTNERSHIP, Edinburgh, announce their amalgamation on 1 June 2014. The new firm will be called CAMPBELL SMITH LLP, with the estate agency arm trading as LINTS PROPERTY. The partners will be Eric J Scott, Helen Ferguson, Julia MacConnachie, John Cavanagh and Kenneth Steele. MORISONS, Glasgow and Edinburgh, has announced the appointments of Andrew Boccoli as a construction solicitor in the Edinburgh Property team, Aidan West to the Litigation team, Chala McKenna as a solicitor in the Glasgow Commercial Dispute Resolution team, and Drew Fox as a solicitor in the Edinburgh Reparation team.

MORTON FRASER, Edinburgh, Glasgow and London, announces that it has appointed a five-strong real estate and planning team, formerly with DUNDAS & WILSON, which has merged with CMS. With effect from 2 June 2014, Elspeth Carson and Ken Carruthers join the firm as partners, David Stewart and Mark Colquhoun as senior associates, and Ursula Currie as a senior solicitor.
