Will Relief Scotland and Will Aid are seeking more firms to take part in their respective 2014 campaigns
18th August 2014

The two charities through which solicitors prepare wills without charge if the client makes an equivalent donation are running their appeals again this year.

Will Relief Scotland, which began in 2006, has so far raised more than £100,000 for five Scottishbased international aid charities. More than 100 solicitors are taking part in this year’s campaign in September, and organisers are appealing for more. Contact Elaine French on 01349 830777 or elaine.french@blythswood.org

The UK-wide Will Aid will run in November. Last year more than 230 Scottish firms were among 1,500 from across the UK who helped to raise more than £2.1 million for Will Aid-supported charities in the UK and abroad.

Again organisers are looking for solicitors’ firms to take part; for more information, go to www.willaid.org. uk/solicitors or phone 0300 0300 013.
