Happy new year reminders

Relevant dates for accredited paralegals
13th January 2020 | Fiona Robb

Accredited paralegals: We hope you had a great break and are now back at your desks feeling well rested and refreshed.

As you open up your 2020 diaries and consider what’s ahead for the new year (and decade for that matter), we have just a few reminders to help you get set for the 2020-21 practice year.

First off, it’s the perfect time to take a look at your CPD balance and make sure you are all up to date and on target to meet your 10-hour requirement in time for the 1 February renewal.

Secondly, the renewal period starts on 1 February. We will send you an email and invoice reminding you what you need to do and by when, but if you have made a move or if any of your details have changed, please do let us know, so that we can make sure you receive your renewal notice at the correct address.

And finally, we would like to wish you a very happy new year and we look forward to working with you in 2020.

Become accredited

If you have paralegal colleagues who are not yet accredited but are interested in signing up, please share our details. We are always happy to hear from you at accreditedparalegals@lawscot.org.uk
