Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Bill

A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to make provision about staffing by the National Health Service and by providers of care services.

This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, Shona Robison MSP, on 23 May 2018.
